Cancellation Policy for Bike Camps, Family Adventures and Rock Climbing Events

We understand that circumstances may prevent you from attending an event you have registered for.  Cancellations at least 14 days prior to an event will have the full amount paid credited or refunded.  Cancellations within 7 to 13 days prior to an event will forfeit their deposit.  Cancellations less than 7 days from the date of the event and no-shows forfeit the full cost of the event.

Adventures by Design reserves the right to cancel or modify any event due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run the event.  If ABD is unable to provide you with another program that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for Kids' Adventure Camp in the Catskills

For cancellations prior to 31 days before departure, a $50 handling fee per person is retained and the remainder of your deposit is refunded.

For cancellations 30 to 15 days before departure, the deposit is forfeited.

For cancellations 14 days or less before departure, no monies are refundable or transferable.

To maintain the price structure of our trips we must adhere to our cancellation policy.
