Women's Bike & Fitness Camp


Our gym has no weight machines, no sweaty ellipticals, no step platforms and no walls.  Come join us in the great outdoors for an awesome workout that will fill your lungs with fresh air and put such a big smile on your face that you'll forget you're even exercising.

Sessions vary from day to day and include:


Road Biking....Off-Road Biking....Power Hiking....Kayaking....Trail Running....Yoga


We'll teach you what you need to know, so no prior experience is needed, just an adventurous spirit and a desire to get fit.

Locations include some of Long Island's most scenic and rewarding trails and roads.  Our comprehensive programs include cross training techniques, sports nutrition, injury prevention, light yoga and basic bike maintenance.


  • Cost:    $40* per session or $105 for 3-prepaid sessions

Required equipmentA bike (hybrid or mountain bikes are appropriate for all rides, a road bike can be used on road rides only), helmet, cycling gloves and eye protection.  Sturdy sneakers or boots are fine for hikes.


Please arrive 20-minutes early to your first bike session so that we can check your bike and gear for safety and function.
